Perm Position Analytical Skills:

* Clear, accurate and concise verbal and written communications.

* Analytical problem solving methodology. Responsibilities Include:

* Work with others on the team to develop and maintain applications and processes to support digital printing and interactive Web sites back-end processes using new technology.

* Design and develop documentation for all applications and processes created.

* Provide training to team members and end users as necessary to support applications.

* Responsible for analyzing, supporting and delivering business solutions. This position requires an understanding of the strategies, goals and objectives defined for the various business area(s) and applying the appropriate use of technologies to translate business needs into business solutions.

* Provide expertise in reporting tools and template development with Crystal Reports as part of a full software project team including database administrators and business experts.

Required Experience:

* 3+ years experience developing and deploying reports using Crystal Enterprise and Crystal Reports Designer (9 and higher)

* Significant expertise and comfort writing SQL queries and stored procedures * Understanding of object-oriented development techniques

* Experience integrating reporting tools with object-oriented data sources like ASP.NET preferred
